The idea behind Carré Mobility started with a simple observation:
Mobility shapes the way people live, work, and participate in everyday life. Yet in many residential communities, mobility services remain fragmented or are difficult to access for large parts of the population.
Carré Mobility was founded by Franziska Weiser, who spent many years exploring the challenges and opportunities of the mobility transition. She recognized that innovative mobility solutions are often introduced where similar services already exist, while many residential developments and commercial properties—such as office buildings, hotels, and mixed-use developments—and the people who live, work, or stay there are left behind. Lukasz Lenda, former Director of Engineering at TIER, shared this perspective through his extensive experience in developing and scaling shared mobility solutions.
This inspired a new vision for mobility: Not as a standalone service or technology, but as an integral part of modern communities. Mobility should be available where everyday life happens—right outside people's front doors. In 2020, this vision became reality with the founding of Carré Mobility.
Today, Carré Mobility combines shared vehicles, digital services, and local partnerships into a fully integrated mobility solution for the real estate industry. Our platform enables property owners and operators to offer sustainable, convenient, and economically viable mobility services that enhance quality of life while contributing to climate protection and more efficient use of resources.
What began as an idea has evolved into an innovative mobility platform that helps real estate companies address today's mobility challenges, supports sustainable urban development, and enables people to move around more easily, affordably, and sustainably.
